Things you should know about me:-
- Turning 25 this year ('26), expected a Netflix high-school-series-level adult life and ended up with a soviet war film from the 80s kind of life, (grateful for that),
- Studied finance & accounting in college, later worked at an accounting firm for 4 years and got traumatized by the compliances & paperwork,
- I am akwardly social and socially akward at the same time, not into this introvert/extrovert bullshit. Just another random guy who likes cats, dogs & icecream,
- Needlessly sarcastic and annoying, usually people (chicks) seem to hate it at that moment but by EOD they're in bed recollecting and blushing,
- Am quiet past the stage where I'd keep giving brain-rot meme references in the middle of a conversation here and there, had fun doing that,
- Elite ball knowledge on relationships & dating gained from third wheeling all my high school & college days, neither a player nor a benchwarmer, but a special one,
- Glad I had this embarrassment pretty early in life — often texting people who'd never reply, even though they knew me well,
- When something aligns, I can go all in, almost obsessively. When it doesn't, I'd shut down completely. My discipline is conditional on meaning, not force.
- Never had a problem with vision or making right decisions in life, just that my lazy ass and hyper mind suck at their coordination, which gets me cooked everytime,
- Got ADHD-like tendencies, having difficulty sustaining boring tasks and inconsistent in execution, writing helps me to manage this problem structurally,
- Had a humbling, brutal adult life dealing with academics, career, work, friendships, family and myself, am glad the coping mechanisms I chose were less damaging,
- After work, I went on a lot of solo dinner and movie dates. Idling in traffic, I felt bitter at the sight of couples on bikes. I turned my loneliness into an aesthetic after watching Blade Runner 2049 and incel edits on my Instagram feed. The best time of the year are the winter nights after work, where I'd fill the tank, put on my AirPods playing CAS, Lana Del Rey, The Weeknd and roam around the city.
- Used to do a lot of panic eating, as a result I gained like 30kgs and developed insulin resistance, got diagnosed as Prediabetic. Broke my confidence and got a handful of embarrassing experiences.
- Took a break for a few months, lived with my grandparents, ate super clean food, got spiritually & physically active, learnt to swim, climbed a tree, touched grass, read & written a lot and got low on cortisol. Ever since am doing well.
About this blog:-
- This blog is like a garden, I come here whenever I feel like it,
- Gives me a sense of ownership, so I write with full control,
- I post photos and spam stories on Instagram,
- Posting hot takes and bangers on X(twitter),
- LinkedIn ...... (no comments).
What I love:-
- Songs that doesn't try to impress, but somehow stays with me for days,
- Old music playing in the background while nothing urgent is happening,
- Films where not much "happens," but everything feels real,
- Objects that have been used for years — still holding up,
- Thinking about what a place was like hundreds of years ago,
- Realizing how many lives have passed through the same ground,
- People who carried weight — soldiers, thinkers, leaders, saints,
- People who take a pause, talk slow and look in the eye,
- Peak summer middays with time passing slowly,
- A sudden cloudburst on an evening.
Hobbies:-
- Bingeing "The Office" whilst being idle,
- Writing film reviews on letterboxd & myanimelist,
- Posting funny (racist, dank, dark) comments & gifs on Instagram,
- Take a train from 1st to the last metro station, sit on a corner, hug my bag, wear a mask, and take a nap (such a cozy nice place),

Unsolicited advice {for the teenagers}:-
- Don't chase people for friendships & dating, these happen naturally,
- If it didn't/you got dumped, you've been chosen to do great things,
- Think for a few seconds before you talk, the person across can wait,
- Your opinions don't matter anywhere at this stage (your age),
- Just focus on getting things done ASAP, as time keeps moving,
- Be a listener/observer first, so articulation becomes easy,
- Be generous for no reason, don't say hello first, offer a help,
- Respect old things (people, objects, buildings — anything),
- Tear up for a loss that's not yours, or even if its fictional,
- Get good grades, dump the productivity books,
- Sit in solitude, think, observe and reflect,
- Sarcasm is optional, kindness is a must,
- Groom well, look presentable,
- Have faith, God is real,
- Write, write, write.....

You should be the strongest person at your father's funeral, well that's something to be aimed for. All the people around you are suffering for their loss, they have someone to turn to, you don't want to be the person who's making everything worse. You have to be the one who holds things together. You have to have some character at that moment. You need to develop your character. That's why people tell you not to lie, not to hold grudge because they destroy your character.
